The Yard Goat is one of those places that just works.

It’s a great spot to grab some friends, catch a game, and hang out without feeling rushed. There’s tons of outdoor seating with fans, misters, and heaters, so Louisiana weather has fewer chances to ruin your plans. 😂 There’s also a little indoor seating if you’d rather hide from the elements entirely.

The drink selection is huge with beer, cider, spirits, and plenty of nonalcoholic options. And yes, they can feed you too.Do not sleep on the cheese curds.

But now we need to discuss what really impressed me. The bathroom.

Whoever designed the women’s restroom understood the assignment. Each stall features photography of iconic women in music, I could have spent way too long wandering around checking out the artwork. Then I noticed something even more beautiful…

DOUBLE TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS.

IN. EVERY. STALL.

Ladies, they came prepared. 😂👏 The restroom was spacious, spotless, well stocked, and then they went and added lotion for your hands! 🙌
